How does the activation process work?

1. After making the payment, write in the chat that you are ready to start.
2. We rent a temporary number and give it to you.
3. You enter the number on the CODEX page and request an SMS code.
4. We immediately send the received code to you in the chat.
5. You enter the code and complete the activation.

⚠️ Please place an order only when you are ready to complete the activation immediately. The temporary number is rented for a limited time, so you must stay connected during the order process.

Important terms and conditions

• One order includes one number and one SMS code..
• The number may only be used in the CODEX service..
• Do not request the code until you have received our command..
• Do not resend the code or make multiple consecutive attempts without our approval..
• The provided number must not be used in other services..
• The country of the number depends on its current availability. If you need a specific country, please clarify this before making the payment.
• If an error appears on the page, immediately send a screenshot of it to the chat, after hiding your personal data.

Warranty and replacement

If CODEX does not accept the provided number or the SMS code is not received due to a technical issue, please report it immediately. We will check the situation and provide a replacement. If it is not possible to provide a working replacement, a refund will be issued.

The warranty covers only the provision of a suitable temporary number and the transfer of the received SMS code. The decision to register, activate, or restrict an account is made directly by CODEX.

Terms of return

A refund or replacement is possible if:

• We were unable to provide a room;
• CODEX does not accept the number and there is no working replacement;
• SMS was not received due to a technical reason, while following the instructions;
• We were unable to transfer the code during the rental period.

No refund is provided if:

• the valid SMS code has already been sent to you;
• the code expired due to a delay on your part;
• you entered the wrong number or used it outside of CODEX;
• you requested several codes yourself and received a restriction;
• you left the chat and did not complete the activation during the number rental;
• the activation did not complete due to account restrictions, region, VPN, previous registrations, or CODEX rules;
• after the number was transferred, you changed your mind about using the service.
After the transfer of a valid SMS code, the service is considered fully completed.

Additional information

The temporary number does not become your property. After the rental period ends, access to it is terminated, and it may subsequently be reissued by the rental service to another user. Do not use such a number to recover an account or in any situation where constant access to SMS is required.

The service is intended only for activating your own account and must be used in accordance with CODEX rules.
