⏱ **Order Processing Time**

Telegram Stars are sent daily from **08:00 to 23:00 Moscow time**.

Orders placed during working hours are usually completed within a few minutes. The maximum processing time is **up to 1 hour**.

Orders placed after 23:00 Moscow time will be processed after 08:00 Moscow time.

📌 **How to Place an Order**

1. Select the required number of Telegram Stars.
2. Enter the correct recipient `@username`.
3. Complete the payment.
4. Wait for the Stars to be credited to the specified account.

Only a public Telegram `@username` is required to receive the Stars.

⚠️ **Please Note**

Carefully check the entered `@username` before making the payment.

If an incorrect username is provided and the Stars are sent to another recipient, the order will be considered completed. Telegram Stars that have already been sent cannot be returned.

Please make sure that:

• the username starts with the `@` symbol;
• an account with this username exists;
• the username belongs to the intended recipient;
• the account settings allow the user to receive Stars.

Refunds are not available after the Telegram Stars have been successfully credited.

If the order cannot be completed due to an issue on our side, a full refund will be issued.
