✅ WHAT COUNTS AS A SUCCESSFUL RUN?
A run is counted only when:
• The script starts and completes without an infrastructure error
• The requested action is completed
• The agreed output is delivered

⏱️ DELIVERY
• First test run: usually within 24 hours
• Runs are available for 7 days after payment
• Please send your script and instructions as soon as possible

📌 IMPORTANT TERMS
• This product includes a maximum of 1000 successful runs
• One order is valid for 7 calendar days after payment
• Unused runs expire after 7 days and cannot be transferred to a new order
• One free retry is provided if the problem is caused by our runner
• Errors caused by invalid scripts, broken selectors, invalid accounts, incorrect credentials, website downtime, CAPTCHA, proxy problems, or third-party blocks are not successful runs
• We will provide a log or screenshot when a run fails
• Buyer supplies their own script, target URL, permitted credentials, and clear instructions

🔁 REFUND POLICY
If we cannot start or provide the service because of our own technical issue, contact us through the order chat for a solution, replacement, or refund where applicable.
No refund is provided after successful runs have been completed and delivered.
