How to redeem: on PS4 or PS5 open the PlayStation Store, select Redeem Codes, and enter the 12-digit code. You can also sign in at store.playstation.com or in the PlayStation App, choose Redeem Code, and enter the code.

Restrictions: the code is single-use, cannot be exchanged for cash, is valid only in the selected region and service, and does not expire. It cannot be used on a PlayStation Network account from another region.
