If there is a problem, send your tool name, selected interface type, error screenshot/text and completed step in order chat. We can help with top-up code, API Key creation, Base URL setup, Claude Code / Codex / Cursor connection and Dashboard usage records.

Refund is usually not supported after the top-up code is used, balance is consumed, the tool does not support custom Base URL, API Key / Base URL was entered incorrectly without troubleshooting, or repeated new-user test balance claiming fails.
