Let´s highlight the main negative factors that affect project management in this organization:
• a new head of the project management department who does not yet have the necessary influence and does not fully understand the processes occurring in the organization;
• the absence of a project management system as such, which is expressed in the following: no project management organization, employees do not understand how to work on projects;
• low motivation of employees and unwillingness to participate in project activities;
• disruption of information support for employees working on projects.
