5. Determine which salt is described in the task.
White fine-crystalline powder. Does not dissolve in water. Dissolves in acetic acid with the release of odorless gas. When this gas is passed through a solution of lime water, the latter becomes cloudy. When analyzing for cations, hydrochloric acid does not produce a precipitate, sulfuric acid does not produce a precipitate, but when ethyl alcohol is added, a white precipitate appears. Potassium hexacyanoferrate (II) in the presence of ammonium chloride produces a white precipitate.
