Determination method. About 0.02 g (exact mass) of furacilin is dissolved in water in a 100 ml measuring flask and brought to the mark with water. Add 9.5 ml of water to 0.5 ml of the resulting solution, mix and measure the optical density on a spectrophotometer in a cuvette with an absorbing layer thickness of 10 mm relative to water. The optical density of the resulting solution is 0.650. The exact mass of the preparation is 0.0200 g.
