5. Calculate the theoretical consumption rates (in kg per ton of product) of raw materials for the production of simple superphosphate from apatite concentrate and the phosphorus content (% wt. P2O5) in the product. Initial data for the calculation: the phosphorus content in apatite in concentrate in terms of P2O5 is 38.9% wt., the moisture content of the phosphate raw material is 1% wt. The concentration of the initial sulfuric acid is 92.5% wt. H2SO4 For cooking superphosphate, diluted acid with a concentration of 68% wt. H2SO4, the moisture content of the product is 1% wt.
