A DC circuit consists of a long single-wire line into which an EMF source is connected. The line closes through the Earth, into which two metal balls are buried at a great distance from each other (figure). The radii of the balls r1 and r2 are known, as well as the conductivity and dielectric constant of the soil in the places where they are buried - l1, e1 and l2, e2, respectively. Neglecting all resistances except grounding resistance, determine the charge of each ball.
