The space between the plates of a flat capacitor is filled with two homogeneous weakly conducting dielectric layers with thicknesses d1 and d2, and their dielectric constant and conductivity are equal to e1, l1 and e2, l2, respectively. Find the density of surface free charges s, which is established at the boundary between dielectrics when a constant voltage V is applied to the capacitor.
