A ball of radius R, spun around a horizontal axis to an angular velocity w0, is placed on a rough table and pushed horizontally at a height h (h R) from the table (figure) so that the ball acquires a translational speed v0 in the direction perpendicular to the axis of rotation. At what angular velocity w0 will the ball, some time after the start of motion, begin to move in the opposite direction?
