A hoop of radius R is thrown forward with a speed v0 and at the same time an angular velocity w0 is imparted to it. Determine the minimum value of the angular velocity wmin at which the hoop, after moving with slipping, will roll back. Find the value of the final speed v if w > wmin. Ignore rolling friction.
