A body of mass m0 oscillates without friction inside a box of mass M lying on a smooth table. Springs of equal stiffness are attached to the body, the ends of which are fixed to the side walls of the box (Figure). At first the box is fixed, and then it is released and it can move freely on the table. Determine the ratio of oscillation frequencies in these cases.
