Figure 12.11 shows the current-voltage characteristic of an incandescent lamp, the nominal voltage of which is UB = 220 V, rated power Рн = 100 W. The lamp is connected to an alternating current network (220 V, 50 Hz) in series with a capacitor of capacity C = 10 μF. Determine the current in the lamp and the voltage across it. Assume that during the period of mains voltage the temperature of the filament remains practically unchanged.
