A graph of voltage U versus charge q of the capacitor is shown in Figure 11.9. The capacitor is charged from a battery with U0 = 300 V through a resistor with a resistance of R = 10 kOhm. Find the maximum flare energy. Estimate the maximum number of flashes in one minute. Assume that during a flash the capacitor is completely discharged. Minimum initial flash voltage U1=250 V.
