One mole of a monatomic ideal gas goes from state 1 to state 2 in one of four ways shown in the figure: 1) Process 1-3-2. The volume of gas decreases at constant pressure from the initial value to the final value, and then, at a constant volume, a certain amount of heat is added to the gas, as a result of which the gas pressure increases from the initial value to the final value. 2) Process 1-4-2. First, a certain amount of heat is imparted to the gas at a constant initial volume, and then the gas is compressed isobarically to its final volume. 3) Process 1-2 (I). The decrease in volume and the transfer of heat to the gas occur in such a way that the pressure changes linearly with the change in volume. 4) Process 1-2 (II). Changes in gas volume and pressure occur during its thermal insulation. The initial and final values of gas volume and pressure are given in the figure. Considering the processes in all four cases to be quasi-static, calculate: the work done by the gas; the amount of heat received by the gas; change in the internal energy of the gas.
