A smooth horizontal disk rotates with angular velocity ω around a vertical axis (Fig. 38). On the surface of the disk there are weights 1 and 2, held by two threads. The masses of the loads are equal to m1 and m2, and their radii of rotation are R1 and R2. Find the thread tension.
