13. Using the diagram (Fig. 26) “Melting point - composition of the KCl-PbCl2 system”, answer the following questions.
1. Indicate the conditions under which the KCl-PbCl2 system is invariant.
2. What is the composition of the chemical compound?
3. Find the number of degrees of freedom of the system consisting of melt, crystals of a chemical compound
4. Calculate the heat of crystallization of the KCl substance.
5. Determine the temperature at which the first drop of melt is formed in a system containing 30% PbCl2.
6. Determine the composition of the first drop of water in this system.
7. Which component and in what quantity will crystallize if 1 kg of melt containing 80% KCl at T=900 K is cooled to 750 K?
