On the lines of the first column, write the letters that form the acronym SCAMPER. Consistently ask questions about an existing or new product by following the acronym. Ask as many questions as possible to yourself and your colleagues on each of the seven points: the questions can be on the same topic, but about different components (“Should we modify this, this or that - and what advantages, new opportunities will this give?”).
