The density of the medium is 1002.5 kg/m3, and that of the dispersed phase is 1.3495 g/cm3. Protein concentrations at distances of 4.13 and 4.08 cm from the axis of rotation turned out to be 0.973 and 0.975%, respectively. What is the molecular weight of egg white (protein) obtained by Svedberg as a result of this experiment?
