22. For the reaction of hydrogen iodide synthesis from simple substances H2 I2→2HI the following mechanism is proposed:
I2→2I(k1)
2I →I2(k2)
2I H2→2HI(k3)
Using the quasi-equilibrium approximation, derive an equation for the rate of HI formation and show that this reaction is second order.
