1. Calculate the molarity of 50% wt. sulfuric acid (ρ=1.45 g/cm3). What are the sales volumes of 96% of the mass. H2SO4 (ρ=1.84 g/cm3) and water must be mixed to obtain 1,000 liters of 50% wt. solution? Why does the volume of the resulting solution differ from the sum of the volumes of the initial solutions?
