9. Place 4-5 drops of potassium dichromate solution in a test tube, add 4-5 drops of sulfuric acid solution and 2-3 drops of sodium nitrite. Heat the test tube in a water bath. Observe the color change of the solution. Explain what you see using standard redox potentials. Write the reaction equation.
