According to GOST, the pH value of fresh milk should not be less than 6.6. To determine the pH value, an electrochemical circuit was used, the scheme of which is shown below.
Pt,H2 (1 atm)|H3O (milk)||KCl (с0=0.1 mol/l)|AgCl,Ag|Pt
Determine if milk has sour if at a temperature of 298 K the electromotive force of this circuit is 0.72 V.
