399. Make a diagram of a galvanic cell, in which the role of the anode would be performed by a standard hydrogen electrode. Write the equations for reactions occurring at the anode and cathode. Calculate the standard EMF of this element, as well as the EMF in the case when the concentration of metal ions in a solution of its salt is 0.1 mol/dm3.
