361. A portion (a) of the test sample, after appropriate treatment, was dissolved in a volumetric flask (V). Its optical density (Dx) was measured. To construct a calibration graph, a series of standard solutions was prepared and their relative optical densities were measured. Using the data in Table 13, build a calibration graph in the coordinates DOTH-C and determine the concentration of the analyte in the specified units.
