The environment is an aqueous solution of NaCl with a concentration of 5 * 10-4 mol / l, temperature 293 K, relative permittivity of the medium 80.1, surface potential ϕ = ϕ0 = 0.02 V. Determine how many times ϕ and ρ will change if x increase three times.
