Solvent density 1.0077 g/cm3, specific volume of protein in solution 0.749 cm3/g, temperature 298 K, centrifuge rotor speed 10700 min-1. At a distance of 4.53 cm from the axis of rotation of the rotor, the concentration is 1.185 wt. %, and at a distance of 4.55 cm - 1.309 wt. %.
