Content of an individual task
3rd stage of practical training (8th semester):
 Pass a briefing on familiarization with the requirements of labor protection, safety, fire safety, as well as the rules of internal labor regulations.
 Analyze the financial condition of the organization, draw up a report on financial performance.
 To get acquainted with the strategic objectives of the company.
 Analyze risks, as well as factors of consumer behavior.
 Determine the corporate, competitive and functional strategy for the development of the organization.
 Prepare an internship report, including the following appendices: copies of financial documents, a report on financial performance, an analytical note containing conclusions and proposals for the strategic development of the organization.
- Reflect in the analytical note:
• analysis of financial indicators;
• ways to organize control over the implementation of production plans;
• analysis of leadership styles;
• analysis of risks and factors of consumer behavior;
• analysis of the organization´s development strategy.
