Calculate the overvoltage on the zinc cathode, provided that a current passes through a cell with 1 M ZnCl2, the numerical value of which is 200 times the exchange current density. The temperature is 25 °C, the coefficients of the Tafel equation on the zinc cathode are a = 1.24 V and b = 0.12 V.
