When studying the kinetics of electrolyte coagulation of AgI hydrosol stabilized by surfactants by optical method, the value of the rate constant of rapid coagulation equal to 3.2*10-18 m3 / s (at 293 K) was obtained. The viscosity of the medium is 1*10-3 Pa*s. Compare this constant with the constant given by Smoluchowski´s theory. Explain the effect of surfactants on the nature of coagulation.
