A ball of radius R has a positive charge, the bulk density of which depends only on the distance r from the center of the ball according to the law ρ = ρ₀ (1-r / R), where ρ₀ is a constant. Dielectric constant ε = 1 inside and outside the ball. Find the strength E of the electric field inside and outside the ball as a function of the distance r.
