  Купил подписку вместе с аккаунтом, через несколько дней просто слетел пароль, и меня выкинуло везде. Продавец пишет писать в поддержку спотика, у меня даже нету паролей и логинов

  Ответ продавца: I´m sorry for the trouble. To be clear, we don´t own Spotify and have no access to their servers, so we can´t change or recover your account password. We only activate the subscription on the account you provided. If your password stopped working, only Spotify support can help. Contact them through their official support page, or log into another Spotify account and reach them from there. We don´t keep your login details after delivery, so please change them.

  Don´t buy Spotify from this seller, you´ll just be wasting your money. I selected "I want a new account." The seller says an account has been created to my email address. When I log into Spotify, it says there´s no such account. The seller tells me to contact Spotify customer service. Stay away from this seller.

You logged in and used it successfully. We are not Spotify and don´t have access to your account or the ability to recover login information if it´s been changed. If you´re having trouble logging in now, that´s something only Spotify support can help with, as we no longer have your credentials on our end. We can´t access your account without the login information.
