Оплачивал у этого продавца продление подписки на свой личный аккаунт. Через 2 недели (из оплаченного месяца) мой аккаунт заблокировал Anthropic. Самое важное: в день блокировки — 20 июля 2026 года — я вообще не заходил в свой аккаунт, не отправлял ни одного запроса, не нарушал никаких правил. Блокировка пришла «на пустом месте», без какой-либо активности с моей стороны. При этом в переписке продавец сам признался, что его собственный аккаунт был заблокирован накануне (тоже 19–20 июля). Это колоссальный красный флаг. Если его платежный метод или ID организации попали в черный список Anthropic, то все аккаунты, которые он пополнял (включая мой), автоматически попадают под подозрение и бан. Моя полная пассивность в день бана и мои настройки безопасности (чистые куки, включенный режим инкогнито для входа) доказывают, что проблема не во мне — она именно в его грязной платежной цепочке. Продавец отказался возвращать 50% средств за неиспользованные 2 недели, сославшись на свой пункт «гарантия не действует при блокировках». Но этот пункт создан для защиты от ошибок пользователя, а не для прикрытия халатности самого продавца, который использует левые/скомпрометированные карты, из-за чего летят аккаунты клиентов. Итог: деньги потеряны, аккаунт мертв. Если у вас есть свой старый аккаунт, который вы дорожите — НЕ пополняйте его через этого продавца. Риск бана из-за его платежей слишком высок, и вы даже не сможете это предугадать, потому что бан прилетит в момент вашего отсутствия. After 2 weeks (out of the paid month), Anthropic banned my account. Most importantly: on the day of the ban – July 20, 2026 – I did not log into my account at all, did not send a single request, and violated no rules whatsoever. The ban came out of nowhere, with zero activity from my side. At the same time, in the chat, the seller himself admitted that his own account had been banned the day before (also on July 19–20). That is a massive red flag. If his payment method or organisation ID got blacklisted by Anthropic, then all accounts he topped up (including mine) automatically fall under suspicion and get banned. My complete inactivity on the ban day and my security settings (clean cookies, incognito mode enabled when logging in) prove that the problem is not on my end – it is clearly caused by his compromised payment chain. The seller refused to refund 50% of the money for the unused 2 weeks, citing his policy that "guarantees do not cover bans". But that clause is meant to protect against user errors, not to cover up the seller´s negligence in using shady/compromised cards, which cause customers´ accounts to get banned. Bottom line: money lost, account dead. If you have your own old account that you value – DO NOT top it up through this seller. The risk of a ban due to his payment methods is too high, and you won´t even see it coming, because the ban will hit when you´re not using the service. I´ve moved to another provider.
Ответ продавца: The subscription was bought using Apple Payments Just Like any other seller in Plati Market or Others, the account ban is not covered under the warranty and that was clearly stated in the Product description cause it might be due to the buyers negligence and the use of the 3rd party API tools to access Claude Advanced modules. thank you for understanding
